Our Story
We started our business after working in corporate capacities and wanting to bring value with integrity to our respective trades. We saw opportunity to provide this as an independent company without stock price and “upward mobility” considerations.
We bring decades of experience from careers in transportation, industrial products and financial services. We create value for our clients by applying our specialized knowledge to their projects for immediate impact, increasing budget certainty and mitigating delivery risk.

Kenny has over 30 years of technical project management experience on projects ranging from software and hardware development to manufacturing with international plant responsibility. He has specialized experience with technical solutions for the public transit industry.
Kenny holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the University of Notre Dame, an MBA and Project Management Professional (PMP) and PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) Certifications. Kenny is also a registered Notary Public in Fulton County, Georgia.

Daphne is a seasoned corporate trainer with 8 years of classroom and virtual training experience after owning her own insurance agency for over 17 years. She has trained hundreds of students for large customers such as American Family Insurance and Southern Company (electric power distribution), and brings an energy and approach that keeps your corporate audience engaged.
Daphne earned her Bachelor of Arts from Northern Illinois University and has a Masters degree in Communications & Training.
